1. Introduction

Welcome to Banner.so. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Banner.so website and services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through banner.so (the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Service. By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial subscription term unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but will not be renewed after that period ends.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Banner.so, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Banner.so, a Banner.so employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Banner.so or users of the Service, or expose them to liability.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Banner.so expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Banner.so, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

11. Changes to Terms
